Hello,
My wife and I are vegans and we juice a lot of carrots and other fresh veggies daily. Well we have come to the conclusion that we need to start learning how to grow some of this stuff ourselves! We currently live in a home in Eagle Mountain Lake, but are going to be moving to an apartment near the DFW airport (I work with American Airlines). We were wondering if you can help us find an environment that we can learn to grow organic vegetables and fruit.

I also have access to an area where I can do some raised bed gardening. Also, we are trying to find somewhere to buy large quantities of organic carrots. If you can help we will be most appreciative
